Overview Performance Auto Group is hiring a Sales Consultant (Genesis Brampton) to join our growing automotive family at Genesis Brampton, located at 70 Coachworks Crescent in Mayfield Automall, North Brampton. The position is Full Time – Permanent , with a compensation range of $60,000 – $120,000 (salary + commission). Providing exceptional service to visiting customers. Building long‑lasting relationships and repeat customers. Maintaining solid product knowledge on manufacturer‑specific vehicles and related rebate, finance and incentive programs. Keeping abreast of new equipment, features and tools available and recommending purchases. Ensuring all documents are complete and accurate. Performing other duties as required by management. Requirements Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience. Customer service experience required. Strong customer relations, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills; digital and social media experience is an asset. Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed. Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a good driving record. Valid OMVIC licence or willingness to obtain one. Availability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled. Conduct sales in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations.
