Vice President, Treasury Product Solutions Join our team as a Vice President, Treasury Product Solutions and drive impactful solutions for our corporate, institutional, and government clients worldwide. Role Overview As the VP, you will provide tailored treasury product solutions, advice, and expertise to help clients manage cash flow and capital effectively. Your role includes access to critical information, streamlining receivables and payables processes, optimizing investments and deposits, and providing correspondent banking, interest rate derivatives, corporate card, and spend solutions. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary sales contact, addressing inquiries on product information, pricing, implementation timeframes, and requirements. Gather detailed client information to advance sales processes. Lead pre‑sales support: pitch preparation, client research, and prospect/client file preparation. Support presentations, bids/proposals, and RFIs. Build external network to identify new investment/lending opportunities. Retain and expand relationships to achieve portfolio retention, service, and profitability. Enhance the bank’s brand through business and community activities. Stay informed on industry trends and competitive insights through forums and conferences. Develop new business: contact prospects and cross‑sell bank products/services. Build positive client relations through deep understanding of client needs. Develop client‑focused solutions based on financial expertise. Distill market and internal data to negotiate solutions, terms, and conditions. Identify operational efficiency opportunities and act as a positive change agent. Qualifications 7–10 years of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree or equivalent combination. Advanced deal execution and project management skills, strong market and product knowledge, verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical and problem‑solving, influence, data‑driven decision making.
