Real Estate Development - Senior Director/Director, Office Leasing THE TEAM The mission of the Leasing Department is to secure a best-in-class real estate portfolio. Base pay range CA$150,000.00/yr - CA$225,000.00/yr THE OPPORTUNITY As a Sr. Director/ Director on the Office Leasing team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing strategic locations to support Aritzia’s infrastructure initiatives—such as office spaces & distribution centres. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our real estate strategy for non‑retail assets, driving the growth and optimization of our infrastructure portfolio. This role leads the end‑to‑end leasing process—from market analysis and site identification to negotiation support and lease execution. With a strong understanding of leasing fundamentals, and experience in Office Leasing, you will bring analytical rigor, attention to detail, and cross‑functional coordination skills to ensure efficient deal execution and portfolio performance, while maintaining strong landlord relationships and ensuring the timely and accurate management of lease rights, financial obligations, and contract terms. THE ROLE As the Sr. Director/Director, Office Leasing, you will be part of the team responsible for: Road mapping the expansion plan of our Infrastructure portfolio. Securing a best‑in‑class portfolio of physical spaces. Securing the locations we want with the best deal. Overseeing and managing the portfolio following lease execution. Holding the landlords accountable to the lease. Maintaining strong relationships with each partner and addressing business opportunities for scale. THE QUALIFICATIONS The Sr. Director/Director, Office Leasing has: Proven and best‑in‑class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in real‑estate leasing, market research, site selection, and lease negotiation within premium or high‑growth infrastructure environments. THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000 to $225,000 CAD per year. The final agreed‑upon salary may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
