Business group: COAT - Delivery Centre - Agility & Assurance – manage contact centre applications for credit card products, investments, all banking applications used by customers

Project: To support PEGA Deployment Manager(PDM Project) - to configure and run continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) workflows for the BNS Pega applications from within Pega Platform. PDM can fully automate Pega apps CI/CD workflows.

Contributes to the overall success of the QA - COAT Delivery Center - Agility & Assurance team ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.


Must-Have Skills:

1) 5+ years of QA/QC Analyst Experience

2) 2+ years’ experience testing with PEGA

3) 5+ years’ demonstrated experience performing test design and test execution of simple to complex UAT test cases (functional, regression, integration)

4) Demonstrated experience creating test plans/test strategies

5) 5+ years’ experience in Agile + Waterfall environments


Nice-To-Have Skills:

1) Experience performing estimates

2) Experience from FIs, banking an asset

3) Experience with JIRA, Confluence


Best VS. Average Candidate:

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, leadership skills, someone who can run with the assignment with minimal hand-holding - addition to the requirements listed (strong QA tester in PEGA)
