Represent GoodLife Group through membership sales, outreach, and fitness instruction as a part time Fitness Trainer in Antigonish. Build lasting member relationships.
As a Sales and Service Representative, you will connect with the public, generate membership leads, and support customer goals. The position includes touring prospective individuals and corporate clients, booking appointments, and coaching new members through equipment orientations. Member service remains central.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate membership leads through community and business outreach
- Book appointments and tour prospective clients
- Determine client goals and support lifestyle changes
- Assist members with fitness concerns and service needs
- Maintain cleanliness and greet every member and guest
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales
- Strong customer service abilities
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Commitment to social and environmental responsibility
Support GoodLife Group members with relationship building, lead generation, customer service, and fitness guidance.
