Serve fresh baked goods as a COBS Bread Sales Assistant, delivering personable customer service while learning bakery operations. No experience is necessary.
Sales Assistants work on a small team and create exceptional in-bakery experiences for regular customers. The work includes merchandising products, executing marketing campaigns, maintaining bakery cleanliness, and assisting with production. You will learn baking tasks involving scones, Danishes, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer experiences with a small bakery team
- Build relationships with regular, loyal customers
- Merchandise products and execute marketing campaigns
- Keep the bakery clean alongside teammates
- Assist with production and learn baking tasks
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanour
- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Approachable team player who enjoys working with people
- Cash, credit card, and debit handling experience preferred
- Relevant retail experience is a strong asset
