Create customer connections at Torrid through genuine care, register expertise, and product knowledge. This flexible retail schedule includes holidays, nights, and weekends.
The Sales Associate helps every customer feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. You will use sales, promotion, and product knowledge to support add-on sales and positive shopping experiences. The position also includes visual standards, stockroom organization, and a clean, consistent store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer care that encourages positive connections
- Use product knowledge to support promotional sales
- Perform register functions and encourage add-on purchases
- Help maintain visual standards across the sales floor
- Keep stockroom and store areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to creating an amazing customer experience
- Ability to reach merchandise using store equipment
- Ability to pack and unpack shipments
Support Torrid customers with register performance, product knowledge, visual standards, and an inclusive shopping experience.
