Job Title: Residential Cleaner – Weekly Cash Pay ($20/hr avg) – No Slackers Pristine Pros is looking for 1–2 reliable cleaners for local residential work. We are a "no-nonsense" company. If you are hardworking, honest, and take pride in a job well done, we want you. If you plan to slack off after the first day, please do not waste our time. The Details: Schedule: 8–10 hours per week (Weekdays only). Pay: Weekly CASH. The System: We pay per task, not per hour. (Example: $40 for a specific bathroom/living room set). This rewards fast, high-quality workers. If you work efficiently, you will average $20+/hour. Why? Because slow workers who try to kill the clock are the EXACT people we don't want. Growth: Stay with us for 3 months of consistent, hard work, and your rates go up. Transport: If you have your own car, you earn more. If not, you must meet at designated pickup spots. Our Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Work Ethic: You will be cleaning kitchens and bathrooms deeply. This is physical work. Professionalism: No smoking, no drugs, and no poor hygiene. You must be polite and professional in client homes. Hierarchy: You must follow the directions of the Lead Cleaner perfectly. Work is only paid once the Lead signs off on the quality. Honesty: We check references. Do not pretend to have experience if you don’t. We don't mind if your experience is limited but you don't get FAST AND GOOD without experience.
