As Front Store Supervisor, you manage customer service functions involving cash, cashiers, and merchandising. You train staff, provide guidance, and uphold store policies and operating procedures. The work includes loss prevention, customer issue resolution, product presentation, and store image standards. You also support health and safety compliance and may perform cashier, clerical, and banking duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash, cashier, and merchandising functions
- Train cashiers and merchandisers in job functions
- Track daily cash office inventory and cashier activity
- Resolve refunds, exchanges, and other customer issues
- Maintain organized shelves, displays, housekeeping, and store image
Requirements:
- Planning, judgement, and decision-making abilities
- Independent thinking when organizing the store
- Problem-solving skills supporting customer satisfaction
- Computer literacy and organized work habits
- Product and supplies knowledge with efficient time management
