Home Based, this role demands a highly professional and results-oriented individual committed to advancing our client’s industry-leading commercial products within the Design, Contracting, and Distributor communities.

Key Responsibilities

Engage proactively with design professionals to ensure our client’s products are specified in project manuals. Collaborate with commercial contractors and distributors to secure the use of our client’s products in forthcoming projects. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while fostering demand within assigned and prospective accounts. Deliver professional product knowledge training sessions, including lunch-and-learn presentations.

Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key product specifiers, consumers, and decision-makers in the assigned market. Conduct site visits, implement quality control measures, and prepare detailed written reports as required. Represent our client at industry association events to promote their innovative product portfolio. What We’re Looking For Candidate must be fully bilingual.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or a related field. Superior communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Valid driver’s license and willingness to undertake occasional overnight travel. Ability to climb ladders and manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred: Experience in roofing or building envelope solutions; a college or university degree, ideally in Roofing, Construction Technology, or Construction.
