You’ll be instrumental in scaling our ML infrastructure, delivering intelligent features, and shaping our machine learning strategy to revolutionize spatial intelligence. What you will do Lead the training, development on, and deployment of advanced machine learning models to enhance our indoor mapping solutions. Architect and manage robust, scalable cloud-based ML infrastructures and APIs. Provide technical leadership to external annotation teams, overseeing data labeling and quality assurance processes. Mentor and guide junior ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ML initiatives with business objectives and drive strategic decision-making. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and integrate relevant technologies to maintain our competitive edge. We imagine you come with 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years focused on deploying machine learning solutions in production environments. Hands-on experience of setting up and/or running an enterprise-grade ML-platform. Demonstrated ability to balance rapid experimentation with the delivery of production-quality code. Strategic mindset with a proven track record of aligning ML projects with overarching business goals. Expertise in Python programming, particularly in ML and data science applications. Extensive experience in image processing and computer vision, utilizing frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Proficiency in developing and managing cloud-based solutions, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and in API development.
