Title: Construction Scheduler Base Salary: $77,500-82,500+ Variable/Bonus: $5,000-6,000+ On Target Earnings: 82,500-88,500+ Reporting to: Planning/Scheduling Manager Peers: 2 outsourced schedulers Key Performance Indicators  Productivity: Build, Update, Actualize, Ontime, Quality  Risk: Predictive, Contingency planning  CSAT: Customer Delight  Communications: Clear & Concise Mandate  Update & Maintain Schedules: Assist in updating, maintaining, and actualizing schedules for ongoing construction projects using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.  Schedule Development: Over time, develop and build baseline schedules from scratch including critical path analysis and resource loading.  Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with Site Superintendents, Project Managers, and occasionally clients to gather real-time data and forecast impacts to schedules.  Communication: Deliver clear and consistent updates on schedule status, impacts, and mitigation strategies to internal teams and stakeholders.  Documentation & Reporting: Generate Gantt charts, look-ahead schedules, and delay analysis reports as needed.  Multitask Management: Simultaneously manage scheduling duties across 3–5 active projects. Project Size: 10 to 100M$+ Project Timelines: 18 to 24 months Communication Customer: 10%, (internal): 90% Travel: 0 Office: Initially expected daily Profile  Character, Experience, Intelligence, Coachable (in this order)  Character: Will Want Desire, Self Awareness, Accountability, Integrity  Experience: Capital Project Scheduling Experience (3 to 5 years) P6 Primavera and MS Project Must have (Excel and PowerPoint as well) ICI experience Nice to have (Residential/Civil/Infrastructure OK) Understand Audience: Site Superintendents, Project Managers, Customer Counterparts Clear lines of communication and language skill across diverse line of businesses. New Schedule building experience is Nice to have Stories Relating to: i. Updates ii. Actualization iii. Change request iv. Gant Charts v. Contingency on plan disruptions vi. Customer delight  Intelligent – high IQ  Coachable – You’ll be learning new things.
