Work with tools like Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Power Automate, Jira Service Management, and Journey Manager to support project and ticket management workflows. Solid understanding of ITSM, Release Management, and Change Management processes. Manage and administer Azure resources to ensure optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
