Join to apply for the Senior Manager, Audience Data (Remote) role at YouGov The Senior Manager, Audience Data role sits within the YouGov Advertising Solutions team. Advertising Solutions focuses on providing advertisers and their agencies with audiences for activation and integrating YouGov data outside the YouGov ecosystem, working with cleanroom, ID, onboarding partners, agency clients, media owners and brands directly. The Senior Manager, Audience Data will be responsible for selling and servicing our existing Audience Data proposition, project managing the creation of new partnerships and integrations, working directly with internal stakeholders and external clients, and managing their own workload. The Senior Manager, Audience Data will be analytically minded, pay attention to detail, and have an understanding of data and data flows within the digital advertising ecosystem. The successful postholder will have experience and expertise in connecting first‑party data to multiple other data sources, platforms and publishers, and will act as a consultant and adviser for internal teams on driving complex data deals. You Will Sell and manage individual client projects – from smaller campaigns, data enrichments, to large agency/client tech stack integrations. Manage ad tech partner relationships – daily point of contact for YouGov’s audience partners (Eyeota, Lotame, LiveRamp, etc.) and drive shared revenue. Contribute to the development and extension of YouGov’s Activation proposition with tech and agency partners and simplify delivery processes. Provide data engineering teams and developers with client/partner feedback and technical requirements to create solutions together. Support internal stakeholders in demonstrating Activation value to clients and responding to feedback. Respond to clients’ audience requests and help them find ideal audiences to target campaign objectives. Showcase how Activation extends YouGov insights and planning tools. Work with partners on always‑on taxonomies that fit clients’ recurring needs and showcase YouGov data depth. Set up and streamline an automated, standardised data delivery process for all partners. Document all processes, partner, and project details. Receive monthly partner reports for revenue share collection, analyse audience usage, and share buying reports with Client Management and Sales. Support local teams with brief enrichment briefs and demonstrate potential use cases. Match YouGov data with first‑party data in clean rooms or via onboarding partners. Interpret and manipulate large data volumes to provide actionable client‑friendly insights. You Have Experience in data, analytics or digital analytics with willingness to learn new tools, techniques and applied statistics. Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem from media planning, insights or buying/trading perspective. Working knowledge of DMPs/DSPs/other partner platforms (Xandr, LiveRamp, Google, TTD) and data clean rooms/ID providers. Ability to discuss technical details with engineering and translate them into commercial conversations. Capacity to translate recurring client needs into new applications and optimise processes. Strong attention to detail; self‑check for anomalies before delivery. Highly organised, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment with high quality standards. Hands‑on, problem‑solving, “can do” mindset. Excellent written and spoken communication skills; articulate complex concepts clearly. Listening skills to identify client needs. Confidence and willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Passion for data, self‑motivation, teamwork and independent work. This is a remote vacancy based in any Canada/US EST time zone; candidates must be able to work early mornings to collaborate with European and UK colleagues.
