Key Responsibilities: Drive initiatives aligned with store objectives and Neighbourly Pharmacy policies. Manage front store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance. Oversee cash handling, daily reports, banking, and store security. Collaborate with HR on hiring, training, and disciplinary actions. Control inventory, purchasing, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize margins. Monitor market trends and adjust merchandising and promotions accordingly. Ensure compliance with receiving, pricing, and shrinkage control procedures. Assist with administrative tasks (timesheets, billing, OHS). Qualifications: 2+ years of retail management experience (preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs; valid drivers licence required. Criminal Record Check required. Finestra knowledge is an asset.
