Description du poste

Le/la Consultant(e) Senior contribue au développement des activités d'Agendi au Canada et à l'exécution de projets, notamment : prospection commerciale, recherches, analyses de données et préparation de livrables liés aux GES et stratégies durables. Vous gérerez des projets de petite à moyenne envergure et collaborerez sur des projets plus importants.

Responsabilités principales

  • Préparer et livrer des propositions et rapports pour les clients sur des sujets comme la comptabilisation des GES et la décarbonisation.
  • Coordonner et mettre en œuvre des projets techniques et administratifs pour soutenir la croissance au Canada et à l'international.
  • Gérer des projets de petite à moyenne taille, y compris les relations avec les clients et l'équipe projet.
  • Respecter les délais et budgets des projets.
  • Développer des compétences, outils, connaissances, et services liés aux spécialités d'Agendi.
  • Créer des supports pour le développement commercial.
  • Effectuer des recherches de marché et bâtir des relations commerciales.

Compétences et expérience requises

  • Diplôme de Master en sciences ou ingénierie environnementale, économie, ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle progressive en gestion de projets liés au développement durable.
  • Expertise en gestion des émissions de GES et directives de reporting (CSRD, taxonomie européenne, TCFD).
  • Connaissance des droits humains et des enjeux sociaux liés au développement durable.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
  • Compétences avancées en recherche et analyse de données.
  • Solides compétences rédactionnelles, avec expérience en PowerPoint.
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, y compris Excel.
  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
  • Sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial et initiative personnelle.

Position Summary

The Senior Consultant supports Agendi's growth in Canada through business development and project delivery. Tasks include prospecting, research, data analysis, and deliverables preparation related to GHG inventories and sustainable strategies. You will manage small to medium-sized projects and contribute to larger initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver proposals and reports for clients on GHG accounting and decarbonization strategies.
  • Coordinate technical and administrative projects to support company growth in Canada and globally.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects, including client interactions.
  • Ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
  • Develop skills, tools, and knowledge in Agendi's focus areas.
  • Create business development materials.
  • Conduct market research and build commercial relationships.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of progressive professional experience in sustainability, including project management.
  • Knowledge of emissions management and reporting frameworks (CSRD, EU taxonomy, TCFD).
  • Understanding of human rights and social sustainability issues.
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong research, data analysis, and writing abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative.
