Base pay range CA$129,000.00/yr - CA$140,000.00/yr Travel: Approximately 10 times per year for 1-2 days across Canada Language: Strong written and spoken English required Background Check Requirement: Criminal record check required About the Opportunity This senior leadership role is responsible for driving regional development and partner recruitment across Western Canada within a large, mission driven nonprofit organization. You’ll be stepping into a high-growth, transformational moment, leading strategies that grow, diversify, and sustain a strong B2B partner base while ensuring long-term engagement and a robust pipeline to support national programs. Working closely with senior leaders and a regional management team, you’ll balance strategic planning with hands‑on leadership. This is not a traditional operational role, you’ll focus on driving growth, building partnerships and people management as the organization continues to grow. Your Responsibilities You’ll lead and execute regional development strategies to acquire, grow, and retain partner groups in a B2B environment. You’ll set targets and KPIs, using data and insights to guide recruitment and engagement efforts. You’ll oversee and coach a team of managers responsible for business development, regional partnerships, and community engagement. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to align recruitment, retention and organization initiatives into a seamless experience. You’ll drive change and innovation, introducing new approaches to scale donor growth while maintaining day‑to‑day performance. You’ll monitor performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to drive sustainable growth. You’ll maintain strong oversight of CRM data, segmentation, and reporting to support informed decision‑making. Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, donor engagement or growth‑focused roles. Background in nonprofit, public sector or B2B environments. Strong people leadership skills with experience building high‑performing teams. Comfort working with data, KPIs and CRM systems to guide strategy. Excellent communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities. Post‑secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
