Junior Analyst, Investments

Reporting to the Manager, Investments, you will be responsible for duties including, but not limited to: Duties and Responsibilities Review third-party offering memorandums to prepare acquisition underwriting including the creation and analysis of financial models Prepare and analyze investment data for strategic review Review and summarize due diligence materials for acquisitions and dispositions Prepare disposition proposals and sale packages Prepare Investment Committee Memorandums for live transactions Prepare financing packages for lenders and assist with the ongoing management of the financing database Prepare and assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual internal valuations and returns analyses as required for disposition and refinancing activities Coordinate and prepare internal valuation and due diligence for appraisal & valuation cycles Prepare and assist in the preparation of quarterly presentations for institutional partnerships Requirements Working toward their University degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field Strong organizational skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and monitor asignificant number of projects simultaneously Sets high standards for work quality, is self-directed, and committed to continuous improvement.
