Remote (Must be GTA-based) Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a proven track record of launching successful digital products . The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in leading cross‑functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and driving the delivery of impactful digital solutions from concept to launch. Employment Type: Full‑time / Contract Key Responsibilities: Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle — from ideation and strategy to launch and optimization. Define and manage the product roadmap , backlog, and priorities in collaboration with stakeholders. Work closely with design, development, and QA teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery. Translate business objectives and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories . Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform product decisions. Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role. Proven success in launching and scaling digital products (web and/or mobile). Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Background in technology, software, or digital agency environments preferred. Strong technical understanding — bridges business and engineering teams, with knowledge of APIs, UX, and digital systems. Data‑driven decision making — proficient with analytics tools and defining measurable KPIs. Product strategy and roadmap planning — experienced in turning vision into actionable plans and delivering MVPs. Cross‑functional leadership — aligns designers, developers, and stakeholders effectively. User‑centered mindset — skilled in user research, feedback analysis, and optimizing product experience.
