From delivering engaging training sessions to providing frontline support and troubleshooting, you’ll ensure employees are confident and equipped to use tools like Dysel Mobile App, ELC, TrinDocs, and the TMHU Portal. Specific Accountabilities Application Development Will be involved in all application development projects to ensure an understanding of business decisions for applications. Will assist in documenting corporate processes and procedures across all departments. Will use this material in training to ensure company standards are being met across the organization. Will collect user feedback during employee training and support on potential changes to applications and/or processes. These changes will be evaluated by the appropriate internal staff/managers before being approved. Through this process further employee training may be required on the changes. Applications include but are not limited to: EveryWare Service ELC TrinDocs TMHU Portal and related applications Application Training Coordinates and conducts in‑house employee training for applications used for daily business transactions. Training will be conducted in a variety of methods including in‑person, over the phone, online, e‑mail, or via pre‑made training material. Will work with departmental subject matter experts to assist with Hawai training. Different types of training will include: New Employee Training New Application Training for Existing Employees Revised Application Procedures for Existing Employees Refresher Application Training for Existing Employees Application Support Available as a first line of support for application usage related questions. Will provide phone, e‑mail, and in‑person support to all employees. Will work closely with IT support personnel to troubleshoot application related issues. Will consult departmental subject matter experts where applicable to assist with problems. Will consult and work with outside application vendors on issues outside of Liftow’s internal support scope. Qualifications Education & Work Experience Completion of college diploma or equivalent education proficiency and/or 3 years’ experience in a training/teaching role. Competencies and Skills Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form. Proactive; goal‑oriented Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented Able to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects, set schedules, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Working Conditions The Application Specialist will work out of an office environment, where a computer will be used for sustained periods.
