CRM QA Analyst Overview

The CRM QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the stability, functionality, and accuracy of the CRM systems by developing and executing test strategies, identifying bugs, and collaborating with both the development and business teams.


CRM QA Analyst Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for CRM system enhancements and new implementations.
  • Identify, document, and report defects using appropriate QA tools, ensuring that issues are accurately logged and tracked to resolution.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for CRM systems.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand business requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
  • Ensure that CRM data is accurate, functional, and aligned with business processes and workflows.
  • Review and analyze CRM workflows to identify areas of improvement or potential issues.
  • Validate the integration of CRM systems with other internal/external systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on test strategies, test plans, and test execution results.
  • Provide regular updates on testing progress and issues to project stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions related to system enhancements, implementations, and project timelines.
  • Continuously improve QA processes to ensure high-quality CRM system delivery.


CRM QA Analyst Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries to validate data integrity.
  • Experience in a fast-paced digital agency or similar environment is a plus.
  • Certifications in QA testing or CRM systems are preferred.
