The Dorset, part of Oliver & Bonacini, is seeking a Brunch Cook to join morning and weekend service. You will prepare breakfast and brunch dishes to O&B standards, run your station during busy periods, and ensure plates are beautifully presented and on time.
The role requires at least 1 year of line cook experience, focus on egg cookery, and availability for Saturdays and Sundays 7–3, with pay 19–21 CAD per hour. This is a part-time position with gratuities and dining discounts.
