Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do SALARY: Starting Salary Opportunity: $96,000 Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant. BONUS: Bonus at Target $24,000 This role may also be eligible for discretionary long‑term incentive awards. Variable compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amounts are targeted values and not guarantees. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Account Management from a portfolio of our largest on‑premise customers Build, maintain and own on‑premise key accounts head office relationships with Labatt Development of annual customer business plan utilizing strategies and tactics to create win‑win partnerships Development, execution and evaluation of customized key account programs Support Customer Marketing Team in developing customized programs, strategies and tactical marketing/sales initiatives Accountable for managing all components of the customers budget Responsible for directing our field sales team on street‑level executions within your customer set Build internal and external communication plans Responsible for managing the monthly and quarterly performance reviews of the customer set Develop new business within existing and new customers JOB QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory University Degree in Business or related field Minimum of 3–5 years of field sales experience, preferably complemented with 2 years of sales back‑office experience Excellent relationship building & negotiation skills Strong presentation skills to champion key account pitches Ability to interact professionally with customers at a senior level (CEO, President & VP) Strong budget management experience (manage budget to provide partnership with external key accounts) Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities from each on‑premise key account Ability to listen, understand a customer’s needs & develop a creative solution that also drives Labatt priorities Expert in all Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel & PowerPoint) Knowledge of liquor regulations Knowledge of distribution network WHY LABATT As one of Canada's Top 100 Employers Labatt is a place where our people can bring out the best in themselves through a collective purpose of creating a future with more cheers.
