Job Description: About the Role Infrastructure Automation Analyst to provide support and operations services for critical automation infrastructure in the production of aluminum for our aluminum smelters located in Canada. This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a team whose mission is to ensure stability, availability, and improvement of IT systems to help the company achieve its productivity goals. It's a chance to tackle new challenges in a great working environment. This individual will have the opportunity to work daily as part of a team on various issues with colleagues and internal clients. In addition to offering a competitive salary, Responsibilities Responding to incidents raised by company clients Being responsible for maintenance and monitoring of critical automation infrastructure to ensure operational continuity Working as a team to ensure the stability of automation infrastructure Working on minor system improvements (DevOps) and ensuring the completion of major projects Occasionally working on‑site Participating in the operations continuity schedule outside regular hours (on‑call duties) Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Knowledge of Rockwell, VM, ESX environments, Network switches Strong diagnostic skills, resourcefulness, and openness to new learning Customer orientation and ability to manage competing priorities Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships in a highly structured organization Excellent communicator, exercising influential leadership to promote cohesion among work teams Excellent spoken and written French, good command of English Work experience in a manufacturing IT environment Knowledge of digitization and Industry 4.0 Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
