Hatch is looking for a highly motivated Campus Talent Acquisition Lead, North America to join our team. The role will support the attraction of diverse talent and develop talent pipelines through coops, internships, and new graduate opportunities. The position can be located in Mississauga headquarters, Montreal office, or Pittsburgh office. Responsibilities Execute the campus strategy, providing high‑volume full‑cycle recruiting support across Canada (Western and Eastern Canada) and the United States through Campus Talent Acquisition Specialists. Oversee the day‑to‑day recruitment operations of 4 Campus Talent Acquisition Specialists. Serve as the primary point of contact for educational institutions and business stakeholders. Plan and participate in campus events including career fairs, information sessions, case competitions, classroom presentations, and conferences. Act as a trusted advisor and work closely with internal stakeholders to establish a tailored recruiting approach at designated schools to achieve skill requirements. Serve as a “Brand Ambassador” to expand the external footprint and build the Hatch brand through social media and other channels. Execute the Student and New Grad Engagement model to enhance employee experience. Assess sponsorship requests and determine level of engagement. Manage scholarship programs. Provide reporting on campus analytics. Qualifications 6‑10 years of full‑cycle, high‑volume campus recruitment experience; preferably with engineering or technical students and graduates. 3‑5 years of experience leading small to mid‑sized teams, preferably in campus recruitment. Current knowledge and understanding of best practices in attraction, recruitment, and selection for campus recruitment. College or university degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Proven ability to manage high‑volume campus recruitment in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Continuous improvement mindset, always striving to improve candidate, client, and recruiter experience. Experience defining and tracking success and KPIs on campus program initiatives. Able to handle and manage conflicting priorities with high attention to detail, accuracy, follow‑up, and follow‑through skills. Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport quickly and deliver outstanding internal and external service. Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically: understand and support the big picture while executing specifics on the ground alongside the team.
