Job Description:Job Description We are seeking for a reliable and motivated Small Potted Assembler, for the Walkerton Manufacturing location Job Duties:Select, finish, stack, weld, and hook-up coils as specified.Verify gapping and conduct dry tests if needed.Prepare core & coil for potting as per order spec.Send units for varnishing or potting.Set up resin equipment and test for production readiness.Add Magfill and Resin according to specs.Ensure cleanliness of potted enclosures.Complete final assembly process of units.Package units and include necessary manuals and labels.Transfer units to shipping.Verify assembly correctness and notify QA of any issues. Qualifications:High School (Grade 12) education.Manufacturing or Electrical Principals education preferred.
