We are looking to hire an Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team, a full-time position based in our Vancouver studio in Yaletown.


You'll be working with the world's most interesting city, travel, hospitality and real estate brands to create marketing campaign and materials that are both beautiful and persuasive, whether in print or digital formats—websites, magazine and newspaper advertisements, digital advertising, brand videos, photography, brochures, presentations, environmental graphics, merchandise and interactive presentations.

Who you are:


•You work collaboratively with the Creative Director and other creatives to develop creative concepts and solutions based on creative briefs and clients’ business strategy, design and produce visually engaging brand identities, guidelines and graphic systems across print, digital, merchandise and environmental platforms.


•You are a conceptual thinker with a deep knowledge of latest trends, strategies, techniques and technologies.


•You are comfortable pitching, presenting, and building a working relationship with our clients through discovery workshops, on-site visits, etc.


•You’ve got the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through revisions with a keen attention to detail.


•You manage your time effectively, maintain responsibility for your projects and ensure they always run smoothly.


• You have a growth mindset, and are actively seeking to develop skills that go beyond design, such as: strategy, client management, team management, giving feedback, etc.


•You are an expert with typography, colour, layout, and imagery and know how to bring these elements together to embody a brand’s personality, voice, and values.


•You are comfortable with completing a project from beginning to end or jumping in to support, whether that’s coming up with the big idea, presenting to a client, participating in every facet of the design process, or quick-turn requests such as re-sizing images, or preparing files for print and digital production.


•You will lead projects with minimum oversight, eager to provide support and mentorship to your fellow designers and keen to collaborate with our copywriters, project managers, account directors and strategists.


•You have a strong knowledge of print techniques, enjoy troubleshooting print production problems, and have excellent organizational skills.
