Swissport is looking for motivated individuals to fill Passenger Services Agent roles globally. This key position requires handling all aspects of passenger services including baggage processing, gate check-in, and assisting special-needs passengers. Delivering exceptional customer service will be paramount in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect passenger documents and issue boarding passes
• Manage baggage handling and ticketing interactions
• Assist passengers during arrivals and departures
• Make necessary public address announcements
• Ensure compliance with airport security requirements
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant field
• Proficient in English and Polish
• Flexibility to work on various shifts
• Must be at least 18 years old
