Walmart Canada is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to assist with technical and administrative tasks in its London pharmacy. This role entails following legal guidelines for prescriptions, performing data entry, and ensuring accurate prescription filling under the Pharmacist’s supervision. You'll also contribute to excellent customer service and maintain inventory control, all while keeping a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and assess prescriptions for completeness
• Perform data entry and patient information updates
• Fill prescriptions and conduct accuracy checks
• Maintain inventory control and assist with ordering
• Organize clerical documents and support administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years or older
• Experience in pharmacy operations preferred
• Understanding of drug naming and dosage calculations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to support OTC operations as needed
