Adecco is recruiting for a Solution Architect, Salesforce for a full-time permanent client based in Ottawa, ON.

The Solution Architect, Salesforce will have the Following Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for managing and enhancing the current Salesforce instance.
  • Oversee integrations with other corporate systems. I
  • Lead efforts to optimize our Salesforce environment, ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Oversee seamless application integrations.
  • Craft scalable solutions, providing technical leadership to teams, and fostering collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Reports directly to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations
  • Lead and manage a team of Salesforce Administrators, ensuring efficient operations and continuous improvement within the current Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Will maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

The Solution Architect, Salesforce Must Meet the Following Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Salesforce-specific certifications (Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect)
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM221), or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive Experience in Salesforce Platform capabilities; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Unlimited and Integration Tools is preferred asset
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce), and data modeling.
  • Must have experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration techniques
  • Experience leading and executing with Complex Salesforce + ERP integrations
  • Salesforce platform expertise
  • Ability to architect scalable and effective solutions that meet business requirements
  • Technical Leadership experience
  • Leadership, collaboration, and Communication Skills.
  • Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems to ensure data consistency and proven workflows.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset to address complex technical challenges
  • Commitment to staying updated with Salesforce updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
