Opportunity: Bilingual Partnerships Manager The Bilingual Partnerships Manager will develop and manage a strategy to cultivate and steward funding partnerships with all levels of government, especially the Government of Québec, other provincial governments, relevant federal agencies, and corporate partners, with an emphasis on Francophone funding opportunities. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Partnerships, the incumbent will support funding requests, particularly at the $100,000 to $500,000 level, and steward existing partnerships to help generate resources that support Futurpreneur's mission and goals. This is a full‑time, permanent role based in Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa, or Toronto, requiring a minimum of two days in‑office per week. Responsibilities (English) Lead development and execution of annual government relations strategy for the Government of Quebec and other provincial governments, and support federal government relations. Develop annual plans to provide government officials and corporate partners with appropriate opportunities to engage with Futurpreneur and staff. Lead prospecting and proposal development to secure new funding opportunities, especially with Quebec‑based corporations. Serve as key contact for the Government of Quebec, QC‑based corporate partners, and other partners under the role's partnership management responsibilities. Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term plans to secure the needed government and corporate financial support, aligned with organizational priorities. Identify, prioritize, and maintain strong working relationships with key government stakeholders at all levels of government, focusing on priority provinces. Prepare presentations, written and oral briefings, funding proposals, submissions, and other communications for government partners and prospects. Manage ongoing government partnerships with a high level of accuracy and excellent stewardship. Lead and manage event logistics and stakeholder outreach for key government and corporate engagement events. Responsabilités (Français) Diriger l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre d'une stratégie annuelle de relations gouvernementales pour le gouvernement du Québec et les autres gouvernements provinciaux, tout en soutenant les relations avec le gouvernement fédéral. Élaborer des plans annuels visant à offrir aux représentants gouvernementaux et aux partenaires corporatifs des occasions pertinentes d'échanger avec Futurpreneur et son équipe. Diriger la prospection et le développement de propositions afin d'obtenir de nouvelles sources de financement, particulièrement auprès d'entreprises basées au Québec. Agir comme personne‑ressource principale pour le gouvernement du Québec, les partenaires corporatifs du Québec et les autres partenaires relevant du portefeuille de ce rôle. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans à court et à long terme pour assurer le financement gouvernemental et corporatif requis, en cohérence avec les priorités organisationnelles. Identifier, prioriser et entretenir des relations solides avec les intervenants gouvernementaux clés à tous les paliers, en mettant l'accent sur les provinces prioritaires. Préparer des présentations, notes d'information, propositions de financement, soumissions et autres communications destinées aux partenaires et prospects gouvernementaux. Gérer les partenariats gouvernementaux en cours avec rigueur, professionnalisme et souci d'un excellent service aux partenaires. Diriger et gérer la logistique des événements et les activités de mobilisation des parties prenantes liées aux principaux événements de relations gouvernementales et corporatives. Qualifications (English) Relevant experience in economics, public policy, public administration, political science, or equivalent; a Masters degree is an asset. Minimum five years' experience working in government relations, fundraising or a related role. Superb written and communication skills. Bilingualism in French & English (spoken & written) required. Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy to establish rapport and credibility. Self‑motivated and self‑disciplined to meet and exceed fundraising targets and deadlines. Experience in prospecting, negotiating, and stewarding funding partnerships. Demonstrated ability to build and implement a government relations strategy involving complex issues. Knowledge of government at all levels, understanding how policy is developed and decisions made. Experience in stakeholder outreach and engagement. Experience working in the not‑for‑profit sector or social finance is an asset. Curiosity and a growth mindset. Collaborative, adaptable, proactive team player. Strong organizational skills, able to balance multiple priorities in a hybrid environment. Alignment with Futurpreneur's values and commitment to mission. Qualifications (Français) Formation en économie, politiques publiques, administration publique, science politique ou domaine connexe ; une maîtrise est un atout. Minimum cinq ans d'expérience en relations gouvernementales, collecte de fonds ou dans un rôle similaire. Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale. Bilinguisme français et anglais (parlé et écrit) requis. Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles, tact et diplomatie pour établir crédibilité et relations solides. Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et disciplinée afin d'atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs de financement et respecter les délais convenus. Expérience démontrée en prospection, négociation et gestion de partenariats de financement. Capacité prouvée à concevoir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de relations gouvernementales portant sur des enjeux complexes. Bonne connaissance du fonctionnement des gouvernements à tous les paliers. Expérience en mobilisation et engagement des parties prenantes. Expérience dans le secteur à but non lucratif ou en finance sociale considérée comme un atout. Faire preuve de curiosité et d'un état d'esprit axé sur l'apprentissage et la croissance. Être un collaborateur(trice) adaptable, proactif(ve), orienté(e) vers les solutions. Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités efficacement dans un environnement de travail hybride.
