Reporting directly to the Director, Construction, this senior‑level role will oversee a portfolio of third‑party projects, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the entire project life cycle. College diploma or university degree in related field, PMP certification an asset. Sound understanding of contractual and financial functions on projects. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), industry practices, estimating/budgeting, scheduling, and safety requirements. Ability to lead and motivate construction teams. Ability to resolve project disputes. Excellent presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project.
