We have a unique career opportunity for an experienced data architect to play a key role the growth of the Data and Analytics practice. You will lead the data platform and data engineering practice at Altudo, and will work with Altudo’s clients to deliver cutting-edge data & analytics solutions using modern data platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake. You will play a key role in leading and mentoring data engineers and analysts as well as leading complex engagements. In addition to expanding your technical expertise, you will grow your knowledge around business strategy, GTM and practice development by working with the executive leaders of the Data, Analytics, and AI service line. We are committed to growing the practice to a 150 people+ in the next 24 months, and you'll play a vital role in achieving that ambitious goal. Responsibilities: Engage prospective customers to understand business needs and articulate how Analytics and Data Platforms can address those needs. Oversee delivery projects to ensure high quality delivery and customer satisfaction. Define data platform and data engineering solutions aligned with our client’s business problems. Design and communicate effective data architectures. Quickly learn and adapt to changes in the data & analytics landscape. Coach and mentor data architects, engineers and analysts. Lead and manage RFPs and RFIs; Ability to estimate and define team structures. Job Requirements: More than 10 years of experience with assessing, architecting, and/or delivering analytics solutions. More than 10 years of experience with enterprise data engineering and database development fundamentals. Experience with data ingestion and transformation tools such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Informatica, Fivetran, DBT Experience with Data Warehousing and Data Lakehouses on platforms like Databricks and MS Fabric. Experience working with Martech and marketing analytics tools such as web analytics tools, Customer Data Platforms etc Experience designing and building data products. Experience implementing streaming data solutions using Kafka. Expertise in interactive pre-sales discovery and solutions design meetings. Work closely with sales, account management team and marketing teams design effective solutions. What’s in it for you?
