This position combines strong business analysis capabilities with advanced data analytics skills to support strategic initiatives within Client Analytics. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and automation.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving client onboarding and engagement.Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik and other BI tools.Utilize Python for advanced analytics, data processing, and automation tasks.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending data-driven strategies.Required Skills QualificationsBusiness Analysis Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.Data Analysis Visualization Strong experience with Qlik and other BI tools.Programming Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.Client Onboarding Knowledge Understanding of client lifecycle and onboarding processes.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with SQL and data querying is a plus.Experience8 years of experience in data analytics or business analysis roles.Experience in financial services or client-focused environments preferred."
