Job Description What is the opportunity? The RBC Mobile team is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and inventive Sr. Product Manager to drive the development of successful products, while helping to define the future of how RBC will scale in all phases of the product lifecycle.

As the Sr. Product Manager, you will own the vision and strategy for your aspect of the product, you’ll help define the product’s roadmap and strategy and deliver clear requirements that Designers and Engineers will use to bring your vision to life. You’ll help drive the day‑to‑day product development schedule from design through to release, own the product lifecycle, define and monitor metrics that measure the success of the product, and define the go‑to‑market tactics that will be used to drive the adoption of the product. RBC Mobile is a dynamic and rapidly evolving organization where tackling ambiguity in a collaborative way is essential to personal, team, and customer success.

Product management at RBC Mobile is inherently cross‑functional. The right candidate needs to be an owner of their portfolio; making strategic product decisions grounded in data. You will work closely with the business and functional teams, leaders, and dedicated user experience design and engineering teams in an agile development environment to launch new features and experiences. What will you do?

Define vision and product strategies for solving user needs and problems Communicate your vision and your strategies effectively taking into consideration different stakeholders Build high-quality, functional prototypes which convey, prove, and advance the vision of future RBC products and applications Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders from concept through shipping Work with a cross‑functional team of designers, engineers, leaders, internal business and delivery partners, and other subject matter experts on a day‑to‑day basis Participate in the full lifecycle of product development, including ideation, design, development, implementation and validation Define OKRs to measure the success of the product and define the right visualization to be consumed by different stakeholders Work quickly with minimal documentation and technical support What do you need to succeed? Must have Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business or Sciences with 5+ years of experience as a product manager Depth of experiences in managing or owning a Digital or Financial product Strong data and analytics background: knowledge about statistical models and how to apply them in product concepts Understanding and fluent across a broad spectrum of technologies including mobile technologies, AI, security and payments Creative and conceptual thinker, strong attention to detail and high‑level organization skills Great customer focus and unwavering commitment to quality Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to collaborate with and lead a cross functional team Nice to have Experience and passion for developing visually polished, engaging and highly fluid user interfaces Advanced degree (e.g. MBA or Master’s degree) Experience with and strong understanding of Mobile experiences (native/web) and development Experience working in an Agile environment Previous people leadership experience Passion for and understanding of Mobile and Digital trends, global competitive landscape, and best practices in product management What’s in it for you?
