At Carter’s, you will represent brands serving babies and young children, including Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Skip*Hop, and Little Planet. You will help customers find essentials, prepare for first school days, and navigate parenting moments. The role requires professional communication, multitasking, and proactive issue resolution in a busy retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and provide product assistance
- Explain product styles, features, benefits, and promotions
- Process and expedite point-of-sale transactions
- Support omnichannel needs and customer shopping experiences
- Replenish sales floors and process shipments as needed

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays
