Base pay range CA$60,000.00/yr - CA$80,000.00/yr Remote across Canada CAD 60K to CAD 80K/Y - depending up one experience 5 spots open This is Application support role not development for USD 2 trillion. 2 rounds of technical interview. Both rounds include Live coding, 1 hr. interview, basic coding skills in language of candidates preference. Must have experience to be successful in this role: 5 years' work exp in the following tech stack. One or more language - Java/C++/Python application dev experience required. SQL Customer facing, working with multiple stakeholders Flexible with the time zone Provide Development support to Software development community across the organization by managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting internal software application and tooling. Customer facing, working with multiple stakeholders Flexible with the time zone across NAM Problem solving and analytical skills demonstration using examples from previous experience Show ability to independently learn Roles and responsibilities Respond to and triage support questions and support requests from engineers Extract relevant information from log files and other sources to debug, identify owners or root causes Write basic tools and test cases to improve the speed and quality of support Work with technical writers to improve documentation in areas covered by support Produce reports for leadership with data on performance of the program Provide insights and suggestions on product development and the product roadmap; contribute to product development. Manage and expedite engineers' support queries, using advanced data tools for in-depth analysis to quickly identify and resolve issues, enhancing ML model development cycles. Develop debugging scripts and documentation to automate and speed up responses and provide actionable feedback to the engineering team.
