Proposal Specialist – Pomerleau Construction Join Pomerleau, a national leader in construction, to develop high‑quality proposals that drive major projects across Canada. Applications are open. What You Will Do Strategically analyze RFQ/RFP calls and create structured responses tailored to client needs. Prepare and manage proposal schedules, responsibility matrices, and compliance lists. Lead bid team meetings—including kick‑offs, coordination sessions, and bid reviews—to identify winning themes and key messaging. Develop persuasive, high‑quality content that showcases Pomerleau’s standards and expertise while ensuring compliance with bid requirements. Maintain open communication with subject‑matter experts and bid team members to integrate technical details into persuasive narratives. Collaborate with graphic designers to create optimized, visually engaging documentation, including templates, cover pages, tabs, and organizational charts. Skills & Experience Proven experience managing proposals in construction, engineering, and/or architecture. Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, establishing timelines and priorities. Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience working on design‑build proposals (additional asset).
