Serve Winnipeg customers with U-Haul through equipment inspections, rental technology, and helpful service at 344 Dufferin Ave. Support customers inside and outside the center.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will represent U-Haul while assisting customers with products and services. You will use U-Scan technology, dispatch and return equipment, and complete on-the-job education. The work includes customer questions, equipment maintenance, and rental transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
- Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Clean and inspect equipment, including fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
- Participate in ongoing U-Haul University education
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work around moving parts, fumes, or chemicals
