Our client, a logistics providers for automotive parts is looking for a Shunter Driver coverage for 2 days next week, (Thursday August 29th and Friday the 30th) in Paris, On.

Job Responsibilities:

- High safety conscious

-Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines

-Ensuring handover procedures are correctly implemented when passing goods on to other workers

-Safely Parking Trailers

-Coupling and uncoupling trailers

-Inspecting vehicles and trailers

-20-30 moves per shift

-Using an ottawa shunt truck

-Maneuvering laden and un-laden trailers

Salary: $28/hr

Days needed: Thursday August 29th and Friday 30th

Hours: 6am - 2:30pm

Requirements:

- 2 years experience with AZ license

- 1 year minimum of shunting experience

*Background checks will be conducted for candidates*

*Driving records and CVOR of 30 days or less will be requested*

*Online training for TDG certification will be administered prior to hire*

This position is most ideal for candidates who already have a full time or part-time position as this assignment only needs a driver for ONLY TWO days (August 29th and 30th).
