Serve cannabis and nicotine vape customers in Guelph with product knowledge, customer engagement, and compliant retail service during part-time shifts.
True North Cannabis seeks a Retail Sales Associate supporting cannabis and vape operations, including assigned keyholder shifts. You will educate customers about products, recommend purchases, and uphold provincial regulations and store policies. The position requires customer service, POS cash handling, inventory support, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide professional, warm assistance
- Explain cannabis, vape, and tobacco product offerings accurately
- Upsell and cross-sell products toward sales goals
- Maintain cleanliness, restocking, and organized inventory
- Open, close, or lead shifts when assigned
Requirements:
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Valid CannSell or cannabis certification before starting
- One-plus years of retail or customer service experience
- Cash handling and POS operating experience
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
