CA$115,000.00/yr - CA$125,000.00/yr Location: Montreal (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office) Language Requirement: Bilingual - French and English Join a dynamic Technology and Business Transformation team as a senior software engineer, where you'll help shape digital solutions that drive business evolution. This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable, high-performing Sitecore-based platforms, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and leading development best practices. What You'll Do Serve as the subject matter expert on Sitecore and support the development team through coaching and knowledge sharing. Work with internal partners to gather system requirements, document processes, and recommend technical solutions with clear business value. Produce technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and development plans. Build and implement Sitecore solutions that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with technical and business objectives. Collaborate with UI/UX teams and other developers to deliver seamless, intuitive digital experiences. Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment processes. Stay up to date on Sitecore capabilities, development trends, and best practices. What You Bring Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience with Sitecore and front‑end development, with a strong understanding of development standards. Deep knowledge of: Sitecore XP, Sitecore JSS, PowerShell, TDS, GlassMapper, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Web API, Visual Studio, VS Code Proficiency in front‑end technologies: Experience working with cloud platforms and DevOps tools such as: Familiarity with SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, and Sitecore integrations with Solr and Coveo. Proven ability to work in Agile teams, solve complex technical challenges, and drive projects to completion.
