Salesforce Administrator-Hybrid

We’re seeking a client‑facing Senior Salesforce Admin to own production support and configuration across Sales/Service Cloud. You’ll triage incidents, drive root‑cause analysis, deliver admin/config solutions (users/roles/permissions, flows, validation rules, case processes), manage sandboxes and releases, and partner closely with business and clients. Responsibilities Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage and work processes. Investigate problem areas and follow the software development life cycle. Facilitate root‑cause analysis of system issues and problem statements. Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability. Modify software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces. Analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of existing systems. Ensure code is error‑free or has no bugs and test failures. Document necessary details and reports in a formal way for proper understanding of software from client proposal to implementation. Ensure high‑quality interaction with customers (e‑mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette, etc.). Respond to customer requests in a timely manner and avoid complaints internally or externally. Qualifications 3-5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience. Experience with Service Cloud (FSC) knowledge/certification, App Builder, Service Cloud advanced features, DevOps Center/Copado is preferred.
