Serve shoppers, tenants, and visitors as a Security Professional at Premium Mall in Etobicoke, Ontario. Strong customer service and situational awareness are central to this full-time assignment.
Allied Universal is hiring for a Security Guard position combining traditional security duties with communication responsibilities. You will maintain a professional presence throughout the shopping center while responding to incidents and customer service situations. The schedule is days on a continental rotation from 09:30 to 21:30.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors
- Enforce property rules, policies, and procedures professionally
- Perform mobile patrols of parking and exterior areas
- De-escalate conflicts using effective communication techniques
- Support evacuations and emergency response procedures
Requirements:
- Ontario Security Guard License in good standing
- First Aid and CPR certification
- G Ontario Driver's License with clean abstract
- Ability to remain calm during emergency situations
- Ability to work independently and within a team
