Ideal candidates will have prior experience (minimum 6 months) in a similar role, applying ABA techniques under the direction of a registered analyst. The position entails following specific service plans, documenting observations, and collaborating with caregivers to ensure optimal client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with children at home
• Implement ABA techniques as guided by RBA
• Collect and analyze data on client progress
• Communicate consistently with parents and team members
• Arrive on time and ready for each session
Requirements:
• Six months experience in an ABA-based role
• Strong communication and organization expertise
• Reliable transportation necessary
• Relevant educational background
• RBT course completion considered an asset
