Serve members on-site at Servus Credit Union’s Red Deer North Hill Branch using transactional banking and responsive support skills.
This permanent part-time Member Experience Advisor role provides first-line support as members pursue financial goals. You will process banking transactions, identify needs, explain solutions, and refer members to specialists. Strong communication, computer skills, and financial literacy support daily service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash and non-cash member service transactions
- Resolve routine account problems and refer complex questions
- Generate referrals by analyzing member needs
- Explain digital and self-serve service channels
- Apply safety, legal, privacy, and security procedures
Requirements:
- One year of customer service or administration experience
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Fast, accurate data entry and financial literacy
