Field Sales Specialist – Victoria Rogers Communications is seeking a Field Sales Specialist to join our Customer Experience team in Victoria, BC. Maximize sales opportunities by maintaining relationships, attending events, door‑to‑door selling, and other required activities. Serve as a consultative advisor, offering customized Rogers residential solutions. Achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team. Organize marketing events and selling programs via in‑person or virtual interactions. Share market‑trend insights to refine sales strategies. What You Bring Interpersonal & communication skills: build rapport through verbal and written communication. Sales motivation: strong cold‑calling, door‑knocking, and prospecting skills. Customer focus: commitment to meeting customer needs. Solution focus: persistence, problem‑solving, adaptability. Excellent time‑management: manage multiple priorities to meet targets. Valid Canadian driver license. Reliable vehicle for business use. Schedule & Work Conditions Full‑time, variable shift. Work location: 861 Cloverdale Avenue (7823), Victoria, BC. Travel: up to 50% of the time. Background check required. Preferred worksite: onsite 4–5 days per week (start October 6, 2025, increase to 5 days by February 2, 2026).
