  • À titre de Chef d'équipe , vous aurez à :Gérer la charge de travail de votre équipe en fonction des différents livrables. Il vous faudra également vous assurer du respect de la qualité de l'ingénierie tout en respectant les échéanciers et budgets des différents projets.
  • Veiller à la progression et au développement des membres de votre équipe, de leur communiquer et de les aider à rencontrer leurs objectifs, de participer à la mise en place de mesures d'amélioration du rendement, de contribuer à leur formation et favoriser leur progression de carrière.
  • Recruter des ressources par l'entremise de recherches de talents à l'interne et à l'externe, tout en assurant une bonne composition de l'équipe pour répondre aux besoins actuels et futurs.
  • En réalisation de projets , vous devrezDéfinir et préciser les tâches et étapes requises lors de la préparation d'une offre de services, en travaillant avec les disciplines impliquées, afin d'assurer que la portée des travaux, l'échéancier et le budget sont pleinement définis et compris par tous les membres de l'équipe du projet.
  • Passer en revue de manière continue les livrables de projets en matière de qualité et de respect des méthodes de la discipline et prendre des mesures appropriées pour améliorer les performances.

Votre expérience acquise

  • Votre candidature retiendra notre attention si vous possédez les expertises et expériences suivantes :Au moins 10 années d'expérience dans le génie électrique, plus particulièrement en commande et protection, pour des projets de postes ou de centrales électriques.
  • Sens aigu de l'organisation et capacité à travailler avec des collaborateurs situés dans plusieurs régions et bureaux tout en gérant des priorités concurrentes.
  • Excellentes compétences de communication.
  • Certification ASP.
  • Connaissance des normes et façons de faire de Hydro-Québec ou de Rio-Tinto (Atout).
  • Bilingue (Atout).
  • Connaissance Logesdes, MPI, CPI, MCT (Atout).

  • As a Team Lead, your responsibilities will include: Managing your team's workload based on various deliverables. You will also need to ensure the quality of engineering is maintained while meeting project schedules and budgets.
  • Overseeing the progress and development of your team members, helping them meet their objectives, implementing performance improvement measures, contributing to their training, and fostering their career growth.
  • Recruiting resources through internal and external talent searches while ensuring the team is well-composed to meet current and future needs.
  • In project execution, you will: Define and specify the tasks and steps required during the preparation of a service proposal, working with the involved disciplines to ensure the project scope, schedule, and budget are fully defined and understood by all project team members.
  • Continuously review project deliverables for quality and adherence to discipline methods and take appropriate action to improve performance.

Your Experience and Expertise

  • Your application will catch our attention if you have the following skills and experience:At least 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in control and protection for substation or power plant projects.
  • A strong sense of organization and the ability to work with collaborators located in different regions and offices while managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • ASP certification.
  • Knowledge of Hydro-Québec or Rio Tinto standards and practices (an asset).
  • Bilingual (an asset).
  • Knowledge of Logesdes, MPI, CPI, MCT (an asset).
