How this opportunity is different The Head of Property is responsible for owning the property underwriting strategy, portfolio management, and team development across all property lines. This role ensures profitable growth, risk selection rigor, and alignment with the company’s broader strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be an inspiring leader in property risk, regulatory trends, and emerging exposures, driving innovation and perfection in underwriting practices. Skills and experience that will lead to success Minimum 10 years of property underwriting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Deep knowledge of property lines, market trends, and regulatory environments. Proven track record of portfolio management and profitable growth. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic problem solver with analytical rigor and commercial foresight. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional designation (e.g., CIP, FCIP, CPCU) preferred.
