Program Manager, Capital Markets : On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Program Manager, Capital Markets for a contract role. This position is remote with a preference for Alberta-based candidates but open to anywhere in Canada. Program Manager, Capital Markets - Job Description : As the Program Manager, Capital Markets, you will lead the strategic integration of our Capital Markets business, including the recent Cormark acquisition, and other critical strategic initiatives within the FICC (Fixed Income, Currency, and Commodities) domain. Reporting within the CXT Program Delivery Portfolio, you will provide expert guidance throughout the Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) to execute the Capital Markets Program. Program Manager, Capital Markets - Responsibilities : Define the project approach and develop effective plans, engaging cross-functional stakeholders. Spearhead the Cormark business integration initiatives. Assign and monitor deliverables, manage budget / cost, and report to senior stakeholders. Proactively manage risks and issues, collaborating with other program managers. Ensure optimal communications and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders. Oversee the successful delivery of a consulting engagement addressing infrastructure gaps. Program Manager, Capital Markets - Mandatory Skills : 10+ years of progressive experience in IT project and program management. 3+ years leading cross-functional teams through large-scale, complex initiatives. Proven experience in Capital Markets technology implementations. Familiarity with Trading Solutions and Systems, Custodian, Clearing, and Settlement infrastructure. Knowledge of Fixed Income, Currency, and Commodities (FICC) products. Exceptional communication skills with senior leadership. Demonstrated expertise in Stakeholder Management and Relationship Management. Program Manager, Capital Markets – Nice-to-Have Skills : Previous experience leading programs in the Capital Markets space. Familiarity with SaaS operating models. Experience with portfolio management systems. Understanding of trading systems, clearing and settlement infrastructure. Experience in mentoring junior team members. Program Manager, Capital Markets – Assignment Length : This is a contract position ending on 12 / 31 / 2026, with the possibility for extension. Program Manager, Capital Markets - Start Date : ASAP.
